Breathwork is a somatically oriented therapy that utilizes conscious modulation of breath patterns for either activation or down regulation of the autonomic nervous system. Conscious modulation of breathing patterns have been practiced by human beings for centuries to improve wellbeing, and find integration of internal and external, sacred and profane, left and right, above and below. Breathwork is a tool for improving functional breathing, autonomic tone, as well as an incredible access point for emotional transformation.

A breathwork practice is beneficial for anyone seeking a deeper connection to the intelligence of the body, integration from an intense or psychedelic experience, or processing of deeper initiations in life.

1:1 Sessions

I guide individualized Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions using principles of Somatic Experiencing and Systemic Constellation work. We explore your functional breathing patterns as reflections of your psychosomatic experience and compassionately inquire how to expand your capacity for breath as life force.
