Direct correspondence with the truth of our experience in our physiology (interoception) in the present moment, is the access point to a vertical reality, where memory and prediction loosen their grip on our perception. High fidelity to our experience in the moment collapses the way our perception is imprisoned by our unconscious patterns, liberating a novel future.
