Come experiment with your bodies very own secret weapon for self regulation, your breath. The breath is the only aspect of your autonomic nervous system under our conscious control.

In this workshop, we will explore an embodied experience of the fundamental principles of respiratory physiology so that you can begin to develop bidirectional communication with your nervous system. We will experiment with myriad techniques, from down-regulating parasympathetic oriented breath, to more activating consciousness expanding breath.

The intention of the lab is to give you the chance to observe your very own body’s unique response and build a literacy for communicating with thine own nervous system.
